The most important thing is that it helps or facilitates people's work life balance. Clearly, these arrangements helped women's employment, but have they helped women's careers? That's a much more tricky question. i also think that what we see when it comes to partime work. When women entered the labor market, there was much use of partime work among women with children. But now families with smallchi generally work ful time.
