The face is a powerful way of communicating emotion and social cues. When I first started, the algorithm could only detect three expressions. And today, it is able to do over 50 different emotional, cognitive and behavioral states. It can detect everything from drowsiness, alertness, confusion, excitement. So these are the visual algorithms that will allow an AI to know how you're feeling.
