Is There a Rise in Electronic Attack Capabilities?

I think a lot of this am, you know, kind of goes to this idea that you don't you talk to the people and sort of command of these things. And i think there's a reckoning in the realization that t the sort of advantage we have in the monopoly on these technologies is gone. A lot of people have these now, and we have to respond very differently with the technologies we're building, fielding and getting out there.
