The Pros and Cons of a Paleo Diet
Many people extrapolating into the whole paleo concept where that means okay grains are bad you need to eat a lot of meat and all that sort of thing for good health. Well I really don't buy that and clinically I find that that doesn't hold its water at all. The real problem was the refined version of all these food stuffs so if you want to really stay up and lose sleep at night about oh my god am I getting you know these phyto elements that are inhibiting mineral absorption then just prepare food the way people used to don't bite at the store.
