Balker said he had duties to the company's employees, including several thousand in ukrane. The london stock exchange suspended the emplas and barker announced his resignation. But he didn't actually leave until the end of march. He remained in control of im plas for a full month into the war. Why not sooner? M plas was exploring the possibility of carving out its international business. I don't know what he would carve out.
