What Is Emotional Labour?
Emotional labour is the emotional work that people in the service industry do to do their jobs. The term was originally corrected by some onecalled arley horschild, a sociologist. It's then grown to be this feminist idea that it's the work women do to keep people's lives going. Women have the same time restrictions, generally, yet they haven't got the same friendship problem as men. So i think this idea of emotional labor is massively part of it, andit is connected to how we hold relationships together. And it is true of my life.
