The Importance of Consistency in Foreign Policy

I think in some ways while Trump did have an instinct for power that some of us that his immediate predecessor may have lacked. The impulsiveness and the sense of instability that came to people about the nature of the American political system through the Trump period offset a lot of the good he tried to accomplish. Americans need to think about getting our own act together so that our foreign policy is more consistent from administration to administration.
