How to Navigate the Food Service Industry

A lot of convenience stores are now ordering and using plant based ingredients, whether that's like for their back of house like deli. If you're starting from scratch or you're really small, you could always work with a regional broker. I would definitely encourage brands to start smaller and go from there. There also some really cool more advisors than traditional brokers that have a smaller team but can help you navigate the areas of food service that you might not know how to navigate.
