The One Pure and Clear Thing

When he was in Korea ill and before he died I wanted to see him and just thank him because the more I practiced Vince the more I understood his teachings. Everything he said that didn't I heard them but like he said but you don't really know. He made a calligraphy which at the bottom translated what is the one pure and clear thing. As we would do walking meditation in a circle round and round always I would pass that calligraphy and that question it really became a colon for me  a beautiful colon. It opened out into this just beautiful profound vast awareness these are some memories and teachings of my first beloved teacher Reverend Songsan desaatsenim.
