The four day work week is something very interesting. It's definitely become a treagedy, a trendy benefit to attract and retain talent. I was at a preoow many years ago in precovid it felt a much more of a cors hours. We expect you in the building, at your desk at certain times. So i think that thinking about how your employees live a full life a is very important to happiness and inretention. That's not some requirement that's imposed by investors. That's just a reality of starting a business.
