I love your story because it's so relatable to me, right? I was diagnosed as an adult and I remember the confusion that came from my early years. My mom kind of a loud Jewish critical mother with probably undiagnosed ADHD was the primary influence. She would try to just be like, well, like you just need to do it. And everyone else is doing it and all those things. It just sort of built my own internal shame. So fantastic. We are building drama. This is the narrative arc that we're leading you through here.
