Is There a Change of Attitude in the Higher Judiciary?
I think at least the higher judiciary is not an illiberal place given the training that you get as a lawyer in the constitution and your experiences are judged. Your tendencies tend to be liberal. It does not always seem that way but the generally arc I would say is towards liberalism. And I think this judgment which was a charter of rights for the queer community backed by the model authority of the Supreme Court enables us to express their latent if not patent liberal ideologies.
