Water Politics

There's no question that water in california ind most places. Why? Why wouldn't it be? Is a question of acapacity and distribution, right therepl of california have spent billions on these projects. And more importantly, when you have, as we did three years ago, a record setting, record setting wet year of snow melt, no one said, hum, this is global warming. They dropped the word global warming and they said climate change. So for that whole period when the dam up north, orble dam, almost collapsed, they said, wyll, this is climate change. It's too wet. Before it was too dry.
