How different is running a restaurant and now essentially restaurant chain versus running a technology company? Well, very different. The people the technology there wants and needs are very different than people who work in restaurants. I was always in front of a computer, always working my mind, but not my body. So the fact that I'm using all his senses, I make food, I go interact with customers one on one and so forth. It's more human than just sitting at a screen all day long.
