I Love Your One on One Relationship With Your Manager

i try to be proactive, and like at least coming to those one on ones with some topics of discussion. For me, we have er, like a dock that we share for our one on one. And really just like treating your manager as a coachyat playing your side of of that relationship. I think creating anan environ of psychological safety, to be honest, right? To be transparent, to be yourself. It's hard to fit.
