So this was a case chosen really to begin to help generate hypotheses about how inequality might matter. What we really wanted, historically, is a case where a country goes from being very inclusive in its army and then changes overnight into wildly exclusionary or violent towards his own population. And nothing else, other than changing everything else, can just see when the inequality ramped up all the way to the top of the index. But don't let that happen here!
