How Do We Know When We're Stressed?
We also said that we have three brains that allow us to go from thinking to doing to being. And that it's a natural progression of learning something, applying what you learn. The experience then enriches the circuits in your brain. Your emotions created from that experience cause you to embody that knowledge. Now you begin to signal new genes in new ways. If you can repeat the experience over and over again, you will move into a state of being whatever that is you are working on. And it will become innate in you and natural and easy.
