Do We Need More Domestic Investment or Less Trade?

i'd like to move us from sort of the 18 sixties, if you will, up to the 20 twenties. What's driving it is this desire to revert to a pre globalization world that's informed by what i would regard as a very anti liberal mentality. And in my view, what's really driving the observed movement towards reimposing trade bearrs that have been dismantled decades ago was the resercance of an anti liberal, nationalist mentalities.
