The Host Team on Survivor, Big Brother and Big Brother

In some of your other orgs like Survivor, you actually have a whole team of people helping you watch over the players and run the challenges. For most of the seasons I host Survivor, Big Brother, I have a team of about 8 to 10 former players. A lot of them have been with the series in the community for a really long time and they're great at what they do. They help me make decisions to keep the game running...I really value their involvement in this.
