What VCs Get Wrong About LPs
Venture has substantially outperformed every single asset class over a long period of time. LPs are seen as an amorphous group of individuals who broadly want access to venture. But they're actually very different set of people or set of institutions because stepping back, why do you invest in venture? And so all of a sudden it goes from being, I'd like some exposure to venture, certainly be reciprocated LP, to could you be one of those? The bar is super high for the experienced investors in venture.
