I think the industry is going to be forced to go through some really big changes in the next few years. I've definitely felt that feeling of my goodness me. There is so much stuff happening in the world right now. Why is it happening in our generation, in our lives is not fair. If we want to reduce our impact on this planet, we have got to build in a more sustainable way. 40% of greenhouse gas emissions come from our built environment. To do anything about climate change, we're going to need to sort out our buildings and existing stock which is a huge thing. You can't tackle climate change without architecture and construction - you just can't.
