i joell and i are actually the same age. We need to start taking more of an up stream, systemic approach if we really want to have an impact on employ mental health. The tools that were in existence just weren't going to cut it for large scale enterprises. It's not just about our employers becoming more resilient, but we need to make sure that first we're not doing harm based on our work practices.
