Why Coercion Causes Depression and Poverty?

Good explanations are not confined to science, there exist good explanations in history. The reason why North Koreans today remain under communist rule is not because the North voted that way and allowed the capitalists to all migrate south. And morally we can see an explanation that liberty especially when it comes to trade is the underlying explanation for why it is that nations that tend towards communism have a far larger proportion of their citizens in poverty. Each time we solve a problem through an explanation of the world new windows open up, revealing what we did not realise we did not even know before.
