The Silver Lining in the Midst of All These Massive Challenges

The project happened ongoing for about two and a half years when I arrived. And so there had been a bit of a routine set in place that I was able to take over. There wasn't a formal education platform, but I could to teach for eight hours about whatever I want. So it was just a matter of trying to pick a few topics that I could focus on specifically and sort of tailor my group to be better.
