Camden Coalition Study - Did It Work?

The camden coalition project was really targeting people who were particularly sick. They have this readmission rate over six months of about 60%. So if you're tinkin about hot spotting or super utilizers, these are the super duper utilizers they were looking at. We're learning that the programme may have more trouble at that far extent of the distribution. In addition, camden is different in other places. It means that for locations similar to that we expect, the best evidence suggested that it's not going to reduce hospitl station but it could work in other environns.
