Is There a Future in Dermatology?

I'm totally agree I spoke to my dad who said the exact same thing that general practice or primary care doesn't really exist as a specialty neither does geriatrics. There's certainly a massive arbitrage there where rich westerners are paying and then you're getting care from these countries so it's quite niceSecondly I guess all these challenges in some ways are a very good moat to have and the kind of like you know is the juice worth the squeeze but in another sense you're also not creating the next kind of dermatology AI startup which kind of everyone can do.
