Revelation 12: The Arc of Mary
The arc that is supposed to disappear from this world and arise into the heavens is taken by Revelation chapter 11. The only other time in the Old Testament or the New Testament, then Genesis 3 15, that her seed is used. And it's used because she gives birth to all the children of the church who die in sanctity. It expresses Mary's concern for Christians who are suffering and being martyred.
