Tupo was born into a world having to run from something or somebody, which started off as like, the federal government. And i think that followed him throughout, throughout his life. The book makes it really clear, once again, that it had nothing to do with biggy, but topo fixated on the idea that it did. There's a series of literally deadly misunderstandings.
