Hispanics in the Foreign Service
You were one of the highest drinking US Hispanic or Hispanics in the Department of State. Did you feel as though you had to break barriers to get where you were going? When I became assistant secretary, I was the highest career Foreign Service Officer in Hispanic to achieve that goal.
