The Success of HR Project Delivery

When we last spoke as well, you mentioned some of the recent conversations you've been having around the different project deliveries of HR and the success we're currently seeing. Could you share some of that? The interesting thing is that everybody's doing what they need to do and they're saying, oh yeah, we're doing this, we'redoing this, that's great. And we know, tick in the box. That data point is actually supported by studies from a number of other sources. But consistently, over a two year period, every audience I have spoken to has pretty much come down at 20 and 30%.
