The H stands for habits for success. These are the little bricks that you're laying every single day to build the structure of this reality. Some goals might not have too many habits, some have a little more than others. But it's important to ask yourself what habits could I do each day that will actually move me closer to this goal. This is how we're able to create mind blowing results because this really focuses your energy into a container that keeps you accountable and in integrity.
