New electoral sanction to protect campaigners and those standing for or holding elected office from inexcusable intirmedatory or abusive behavior, both in person or on line. Will this be like a distinct offence, like, you know, giving verbal abuse to officeris? So there's a couple of come things here. We obviously think firstly about joe cox, and then more recently, her sister, cemimlebito also hada very awful experience in the street that was caught on virdiobvsy. Sadly, that experience isn't unique a batley and spen it' somethinga a lot of political campaignes, a lot of female candidates will recognize.
