I purchased my own primary residence back in march and the company and the guy that I bought it through they were having a networking event. It was that exact conversation that hit me and I realized that they had a couple of condos that they were renting out they were actually doing what I wanted to do. Something right there just really kicked me and said why aren't you just taking action and after that conversation I dove into buying four plaques.
