The Kingdom of God

You'll hear it spoken about in the gospels as the kingdom of god, the kingdom of heaven. And this kingdom that we're talking about is different than any national identity. Is different than any kingdom with borders. This kingdom of god is a kingdom based on the person and work of jesus christ. So when jesus says, fear not, little flock, it is your father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom, he's saying you need to set your sights higher. Don't be afraid about all these life issues of what you'll eat and drink and wear. Instead, be concerned about what god's doing in the kingdom,. He wants to advance his good purposes
