How to Build a Big, Pure Empathy Network

Hobbes will talk about tribes or families existing in a kind of state of nature where there's some level of ad hoc cooperation. But the thing is because it's just based on sentiment and based on empathy, whenever you have people who are a little bit weaker in that empathy then you won't get that cooperation. And human empathy is a bit limited. It only takes a small number of people who don't act altruistically to cause trouble.
