Is the High Yield Spread Really a Good Indicator?
Dan rasmason was one of the guests on her show, and he likes to look at the high yield spread. And i think it's a good indicator because it's also one of h indicators that the fete looks at. The fed is raising rates, trying to what they would say, it's called tightan financial oditions. Mo logically, it's a tool that can be used in both ways. You have a wealth effect to booth is growth and on. You can have a reversed wealth effect to tame inflation and tameuflation. It has not deen so solewo continue to hike. I ight think we have more pain ahead.
