There's a Rosen Crucion technique where you relive everything that you did in reverse order. Manly Palmer Hall was inspired by Heindel, so it makes sense. By being conscious of that and practicing on how to live backwards, by the time you get to this sense of purgatory, you can kind of skip through it because you've been studying your whole life.
