Do You Have a Problem With Diversity in Startups?

We were a little surprised in this class. On the top of the funnel, we just didn't see a lot of gender diversity at all. And so that makes me think that next time we do it, we need to really focus on sourcing more. The rest of the world is certainly more diverse than the Bay Area when it comes to startups. You don't want to be an investor that's investing in a derivative of the thing that was just really big. There's nothing to do with the last $100 billion company? What is the shift in
