Russia is doing the opposite to what the UK did in that it's you know the core part of the state the ethnic majority of Russians are largely avoiding the war at the moment. Putin is desperately trying to do it and it's the ethnic minorities who are fighting it for him so that's something that's very differentYeah I mean it's kind of basically a bet in that respect from Putin that the threat to Russia comes around the center if you see what I mean yeah.
