So as i'm talking, lots of different thoughts are popping into your mind every couple of seconds. That is your nonconscious mind being activated by the incoming information and sending up thoughts that already there throug the subconscious which is the bridge into your conscious mind. So when it this comes back to self love and setting these boundaries, you're not going to know what boundary to set if you haven't actually listened to what you're saying to yourself. What are those intrusive thoughts going on in your head? Don't be scared of them. Embrace them because they are messengers If you wontty find out how much you love yourse were you have boundaries, or where your identity crisis
