The Coordination Mechanism for State Intelligence

I wanted to know a little bit about the jurisdictional challenges that they may might face, right? Because as we know, police are a state subject and we have state police units in every state. And we also have the internal intelligence bureau at the union level. So how do all these come together? What is the coordination mechanism here? As I said, there are operatives who are working the streets in every district of the country.
