Two well known traders at the time, richard denis and bill eart, had a bet on whether they could er sort of grown traders,. like turtles ar grown in a turtl farm. They advertised for traders, i think, in the new york times, and they had n thousands of applications. The results were vastly different, with some of them being very successful and some of them not so much.
