People often feel like they need to break their shoe in because they've actually just purchase their shoe too small. You should get your shoes a half size bigger than your regular casual shoes so they don't stretch, and your feet are able to swell when they're in them. I didn't realize how attached some people are to what their shoe size is. Some people have a real problem with going up a size in their shoes,. as if you had people used to wear a different size. And this happens a lot with women after pregnancy, because your feet do change drastically after pregnancy. U if there's one time to get like, refitted for shoes, it's after you have a baby
