Introduction

This week on the podcast, I'm doing a solo episode and diving into a topic that’s deeply close to my heart- how to have faith when you’re deep in the abyss of the unknown.

Many of us have had massive initiations this year – and in order to be reborn into our new reality, we must first venture into the mystery and release the plan of how we thought life was “supposed” to be – and the longer we can remain in that unknown, the more magical life becomes. And eventually we realize, life has always been unknown.

In this episode, I share my personal exploration of finding Trust, Flow, Surrender and Let Go (like my song) this past year after my divorce and how I found myself one year later creating art, living in my truth, and dancing freely within the vast landscape of life.

In this episode, we journey into the depths of inner exploration, shadow work, and the invaluable healing found in the midst of grief.
