i do agree when there's high load, or high velocity, a load going through the shoulder. But i'm still not certain that you need to normalize the the mechanics of the movement. And in fact, i don't know if hers eve any evidence that you can. You still go and strengthen otheir components within the scapular thorafic joint, in the glener humor jointto increase the strength of the whole system. Even that thats also good possibility that athletes develop scapit disces just to stay pain free during the high loat increments.
