How to Get a Good Night's Sleep
For kids who are not used to having to do certain things for themselves, try to give them practice at doing those everyday skill like tying their shoes and sipping their zippers. And finally, make sure to prioritis sleep, because a kid who's gotten a good night's sleep is going to be able to enter an environment that is stressful with more tools. Remember, being away from home is trustful. It's unfortunate that when we're highly stressed, we tend to sleep less.
