Ithas failed significantly for the better part of 30 years, and i think that is equally part of the problem. Hippo continues to exist, largely in the form it has since bill clinton was in office. But then also, these laws we're talking about, hippo is not a privacy law. It's about portability, and it has a part in there about privacy. That's what people can of led on to. And that's be mrobbe with all these other laws, like rovi way up. I priacy isn't his own. Is not in his own box, right? Is not called out on his own as his own.
