Spotifis - What Are Users Doing Now That They Love?
Charley helman was one of a handful of people working out of spotifis brand new us office. His team looked at the data to see what paying users were already doing that we could give away for free, without losing their incentive to keep subscribing. It was almost like lazy product development in that we didn't want to introduce some new idea. We just wanted to see if there was a big pattern that they already had that we could say, can now do that for free.
