I think it's really interesting what you said, of thinking about delegation. And yet we don't necessarily think about setting clear expectations. People will have a perception about pay, because it's something tangible. So i think the more open managers can be with individuals about how pay levels are determined,. How they relate to the market and how people can progress in the organization.
