By then, taher had a reputation for revitalizing schools, and the council asked him to apply the parkfew formula at aderley. And they found some one they were excited about, a moslem woman who had been a deputy head teacher at another east birmingham,. majority moslem primary school, which, under her team's leadership, had asly improved.
